hello ,i have searched the forums and cant find a reason why my 255w all of sudden quit working....weather it is plugged in or not.any ideas would be greatful..thanks

Hard Reset
Do a hard reset to see if that helps any.

Sounds like
a completely dead battery. If you connect it to your computer USB, is it recognized by the computer? Leave it plugged in for a few hours and see if it comes on.
