Garmin Files - Have No Clue What to do With Them

Hello All,

I have these files I got while registering my Garmin I got the other day, They are the latest they have on the site.

I can put them up via zip and if someone knows what to do with them they can probably use them, they are in .img and other formats.

Heres what I have:

Those files can only be used on the unit from which the first came.

You are new to the forum, but please know that it's not okay to share copyrighted data.

I agree, those files are to be loaded into your Garmin only and not shared, that is why Garmin uses the unit ID for maps, etc.

Thank you for your quick reply. Understandable. I didnt know if the unit key file could be removed or altered. Becuase they do make the universal files (trial) if you would files. But nonetheless thank you for your reply, and information. If there is anything Else I could do for the fourm I would love to help. I am current on many forms and work hard to stay that way. I can't wait to test the POI from the 'factory' wink and see the results/differences.
