Waypoint arrival time

I've been looking all over to find out how can you find the estimated time of arrival for your next waypoint?

For example, I often plan trips with stops along the way. The arrival time displayed is for the final destination. I'd also like to know when I will be arriving at the next stop. I tried looking in the route menu and everywhere else I could think of, but couldn't find this. Is it possible?

My model is 855.

Thanks!

One way

The only way I found to get an ETA to a stopping point is to make it a destination. I had the same problem going to Phoenix so on the return trip I made 2 routes. One to El Paso then the next to home. I also use Delorma maps and export a GPX file to my 755. I'd be interested if anyone else has a solution.

Not doing anything worth a darn.

On A 750...

You just tap the green bar at the top of the display, and it will display all the turns.

If you ain't got pictures, I wasn't there.

Good idea

I would like that also. I had to make an AM route to midpoint, then another route for the afternoon.

Sorta of arrival time

Have not found a way to get arrival time to show but you can get distance and time before you reach next turn. Then with a little fast math you have it.Touch the text bar (green bar across top of gps).Turn list will appear.Touch any of the turns and you will get distance and time left before you reach that turn.

I believe it shows it in the

I believe it shows it in the menu by touching the ETA time and it brings up a page where it displays current speed, moving time, stopped time, etc and it should show the ETA to the waypoint and the final destination.

A simple solution

I am going to assume that you would be willing to have your "via points" also as "favorites" (at least until after the trip).

If so, then have a passenger "stop" the route to the final destination and set up a new route to the next "via point" (or perhaps the "via point" that would be your last destination for this day of driving). When you "GO" to the "via point", your ETA to that point will be calculated.

You should be able to remember the rough ETA to the final destination (but that is only pertinent if you intend to arrive there during this driving session)

I only know the GPS unit

I only know the GPS unit that I have, so I can't speak to yours. I know that when I click on the area of the screen that shows my final destination arrival time it shows me how many miles and minutes to each turn. By clicking through that I can see how long it will take me both in time and miles to get to each turn (and each destination along the way). I've had my GPS for 2-years now and I'm constantly finding new things that it shows me that I didn't know it could previously do. Mostly I find these things by accident because I hit the wrong spot on the touchscreen and a new menu or option comes up.
