Type of prompt at red light camera ?

When I approach a red light camera what will the audible warning be on my NUVI 350? Is it a tone or or voice?

You can test it.

Simulate driving on a route.
Nuvi will make a sound and top part of screen turns red.
I think it is for all POIs if you set proximity alarm when loan POIs.

What is a proximity alarm ? I have a NUVI 350.

Proximity Alarm

A proximity alarm can be set when you load POI files. It is preset on the Red Light Camera POIs. When you get within a certain distance of a POI(usually a quarter mile, but adjustable) an audible alarm will go off and the screen will flash to alert you. Note that the POI must be on your route.

Thanks, however I must apologize for the dumb question. After I posted it I looked in the users manual a found the answer. It is amazing what one can find if one looks smile)

Replaced tone with a voice message

It's a tone (a ding) and the top porton of the screen turns red with the names of the cross streets of the red light camera (I think).

I've added a customised voice message to the alert.
