Help with excel file

I just uploaded a csv file. Can someone look at it and tell me what I'm doing wrong. The GPX file I uploaded yesterday works fine. (Best Clam Shacks in New England (csv)

I don't see the csv file on Poi Factory just the GPX file.

Edit.If it works on Gpx You can download Extra Poi Editor at http://turboccc.wikispaces.com/Extra_POI_Editor . When you download the program if you get message about OCX file missing scroll down on the main page and under troubleshooting you will find the Extra Poi Editor Installer that you will need to download. Once installation is completed you can open the Gpx file you have in Extra Poi Editor and using the down arrow select Garmin CSV (csv)for Save As type.

there's several different csv save choices available. I tried four column which didn't seem to work

It is not showing yet on Poi Factory.Click my contact tab and send me email so you can send file.I loaded it to Extra Poi Editor and saved as a Garmin CSV file and it comes back with 3 columns.3rd column should be name and 4th column address.Even on the GPX format everything shows in name.

probably needs to review and approve it before it shows up.

I will take a look first thing in the morning. I have been redecorating my 9 year olds room. I am covered in paint.
