Garmin Voice Studio Crashing

I'm trying to record a new voice in the Garmin Voice Studio. For about the first 5 or 6 recordings everything went fine. Now I'm getting an error for unauthorized access exception, cannot delete the c:\documents and settings\all users\......\voices\\_work.wav. I click OK and it closes. Restart and repeat.
Needless to say, it's getting quite old. Watching the folder where the error is occuring, I see the _work.wav is supposed to be deleted when you click on a new voice or deleted when you've finished recording the new voice. Sometimes it does, sometimes it gives me an error and crashes.
I tried rebooting and it happened on the first recording. I sent an email to Garmin but wondered if anyone here had encountered this and found a solution.

Antivirus was the problem
Posting an update in case someone else has a similar problem. It seems my antivirus was causing the problem. I disabled it and Voice Studio had no problems. I installed it on my newer computer and it didn't have any problems with the antivirus running. This PC is about 5 or 6 years old, I guess it couldn't keep up with the program.
