Magellan 3225 map update

I've had my GPS for 2 1/2 years. Trying to get a map update from 4.72 version and it looks to me like it will cost $79.95! Can this be true? Thanks for any input!

And that ain't the killer...wait til you see the $27 'Shipping' charge at the checkout...

I hate to say thank you for this bad news, but thank you...and the hell with Magellan!
