Internal zip files

I have had a Garmin 260W for a couple of years and just recently desided to add a few POI's. Well, long story short, I was inside of the 260's memory and deleted three zip files and now my unit says it can't load maps. Does this mean I go shopping for a new one? Thanks.

With any luck, someone else with a 260 can post the files you deleted someplace on the web so you can download them and put them back. If you remember the file names you should post them.

Tip: In the future, anytime you purchase a device that's treated as another drive (like your GPS) backup all files just in case something goofy happens.

Thanks for the quick response.
Well, I don't remember the file names, but there were 3 of them and 3 associated files underneath each. Any help would be appreciated.
