What makes you think it needs to be converted?
Is the name of the .bmp file the same as name of the Tim Horton POI file? That might be the problem.

I am sure that juggernaut's file will work but the name MUST be the same (except for the extension) as that of the POI file.

The original file size is 30x15. I think that was the problem. It was also RGB, not indexed.
