Mysterious "1mph Speed Alert" what's this from?

Had recently (first time) installed 90 POI's from this site in preparation fo a Holiday in the mountains of NC. Mostly Gem Mines and other tourist things, only speed related were speed traps on I-95 & I-4 and Virginia, never went anywhere near any of those areas.

Used Nuvi 755 to plan from Hampton Inn, Franklin about 7 miles to this Mine and on the way (three times) heard a loud chime and saw this screen:

Also saw this screen related to the "1mph Speed Alert"

Any mP3 sounds that I installed with POI's were first listened to and there were no 'beeps'.

Edit: Looks like does not work, so I removed the tags, but images should open from the URL's posted.

A search of nearby POI's to these 'Alerts' found nothing that could be related. When they occurred on speed limit displayed Highways (like US-23), I was well below the posted Speed Limit.

Any idea what is causing this and is there any way to kill the beeps other than muting all sound?

POI file name.

This happens when you install a POI file that has a number as part of the name of the source file (.CSV or .GPX). In your case you must have one or more files with a "1" as part of the name. POI Loader automatically interprets numbers in POI file names as speed alerts. Change the names of the files you are installing to have no numeric characters and re-run POI Loader.

Thank you

Yes, one was named "Book1 (Recovered).csv and I will reload renamed to bookone (Recovered).csv

Is it best to have POI Loader first clear the previous and then do a new install?

Folder has 90+ files in 24MB and may first add some more.

.

The loader will overwrite them all, no need to clear.
