Twice in the past week, my 760 has suddenly come up with a screen indicating a bluetooth firmware update is taking place but it never moves past 0%. The unit is unusable in this condition. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the Webupdater to upgrade to the latest firmware? What is your current firmware version?

Try a hard reset
and see if that fixes your problem, it's definitely worth a try.

You can also try a wall wart
You can also try a wall wart and just leave the unit on and see if it does complete the update.
Give it 12 hrs next time.

It happened again
I really needed the unit to perform as a GPS yesterday and so I powered it down and did another hard reset. Next time, I will try to let it go but yesterday, it sat for about 1 1/2 hours and never moved above 0%.
