1490 T w latest firmware software. Garmin support No Help. They use scripted support not real engineers
When I use hands Free calling my party cannot hear me. I can hear the phone ring on the other end and hear them answer. They cannot hear me and hang up.
I'm sure my phone are Bluetooth compatible and that the pairing process is correct. The Nuvi appears in my phone and my phone appears in the nuvi. Since the first three calls that I made using he Bluetooth hands-free option on my Nuvi went well everything worked well including microphone, and people could hear me..All features worked until the 4th call. Why would my NUvi become suddenly incompatible with my phone after the 3rd call? To me this implies a microphone problem. Is it possible the microphone has been muted somehow?

do you have all your updates, if you do try a hard reset and see if that will work. also did it work ok before the upgrade. good luck
