POI WITH .MP3

hi. i just have a question. But first, i would like to thank those you helped me creat a POI file with sound and icons. But the thing is that when i aproach a POI, my nuvi 680 will alert me using the voice and also show the icon on the screen. But if in case i'm listening to music on my nuvi. when the alert comes on the screen, i'm unable to listen to the alert and the song that i am listening to skips to another one. (this happens everytime that i get close to any POI which has the mp3 file on it). is there any way that my nuvy can pause the song and play the alert, and then play the same song again without changing to another song? or this is just the way that it is supposed to be?
