I've got the same update for my 1250t. It looks like the update was for the whole 1xxx series.

i got mine

i down loaded the new version 4.20 i road tested and no problem found. grin

I just bought a refurbished

I just bought a refurbished 1490T unit from Amazon and it shows I have Software version 4.00, on my dashboard it states there is a software update. When I try to update it just freezes:
Updating Software
Complete
Updatimg software

and when I try to cancel it warns about not being operational, etc.

Any ideas?

I would return it and buy a new unit from Costco for a few bucks more....Only available instore not on the website. I am personally not fond of refurbished units...some may have no problems and others have major problems such as yours.

Try using WebUpdater instead of myDashboard...
