How do I see route saved to my 765T downloaded from mapquest???

Great Site .... Gotta luv it.... GPS team... I have a special question/issue... My daughter recently moved into a newly built apartment complex which has a street address that I can only find though Mapquest only. Once I save it to my GPS how do I find it so I can set it as a favorite??? I would think it would save under Custom POI but it didn't... also If I manually reroute a map in Mapquest to a better/quicker way to go due to road improvements and save it can my 765T follow that path?? Thanks All

.

You'll need to import the route first, and then it'll be there.

.

Import a route using Tools>My Data on the nuvi.

If you're just trying to send an address (no route) to the GPS, I don't think MapQuest supports that. The only options I'm given when I've found an address is to "Send to Cell" or "Send to OnStar".

also keep in mind...

...that when you import the route, your 765T will most likely recalculate the route, and possibly ignore the way you set things in MapQuest.

The only way around this to my knowledge, is to insert waypoints along your custom route, so that the 765T will be forced to go through those points.

I understand that you can

I understand that you can use mapquest to identify the long/lat and use that to create a favorite in your GPS. Great for when the address is not recognised by your GPS

I'm from there, but I'm not...

You can put address in Mapquest and send to gps.Once the search is completed and shows on map.Don't use the pop up on map.Go to top left and use send and it will give you option of gps.The pop up on map does not give the option.

So let me understand when

So let me understand when the Garmin spec says that the 765T supports "multipoint routing" that doesn't mean I can change a route in Mapquest or any other mapping tool and save it so the GPS will follow the route I layed out??? multipoint = multiple points routed??
