I'm hoping someone can give me some good advice I'm thinking about doing a lifetime update on my garmin 360 I was thinking about buying a new GPS but I've been doing some research and I see they have a lot of problems and my 360 works great except it is outdated so if anybody has done this update could recommend it or not would be much appreciated and also if anybody would know this or not my 360 does not automatically change the time when we go in and out of time zones I do I do not know if it should it is not a big deal to change it manually I hope I did a good job in explaining this I will be looking for some replies thanks for any help

Hard decision
Don't believe the 360 has the automatic time zone change.That is a feature with the new models.One that I like.
The newer models do have a lot of new things to offer and the prices are pretty good.You have a solid unit there with lots of features and if working good would to me be a hard decision to let it go.On the other hand you can purchase a new unit and get one free map update.Some users have reported units with lifetime maps included.

Thanks for the quick reply you are The Right It Is a Hard Decision Is 360 Works Great and Yes Your Right Also about the Time Automatically Changing I Didn't Think It Did I Know A Few Years back we played with the settings and I wasn't sure if we mess things up but I don't think we did I have done a lot of reading about the new GPS units and I know about the lifetime updates I've been looking at the 765t-1490t and they both seem to have some problems so I might just do the lifetime updates and then with this unit for another year or two we do a lot of traveling in the winter in the Texas and Arizona so I will see once again thanks for your reply and and your information I much appreciate it

tough decision
It is a tough decision to make. But I did made the jump. I have the nuvi 370 which I bought the lifetime map update for both NA & EU. I only use the unit when I'm going to unfamiliar places. I have decided that I will continue using the unit till it stops working.
