This week we are recognizing Mrnicerideny and Islandersb.
You both have been helping me with the new locations in New York.
Mrnicerideny, You have been turning in lots of new locations for the NY area. I really appreciate all the assistance you have provided over the last few months.
Islandersb, You are amazing, whenever I need a confirmation on a new location, you jump into action right away. You go out and take pictures of the location and let me know what direction is being monitored. I have become very dependent on you over the years.
You two are a great team;)

Thank you. I could do none of this without the fabulous Miss POI...Take a bow Maryann and three cheers for Jon as well. One bit of advice...Leave the red light camera hunting to professionals...For your safety please don't ever try any of this at home.
You just keep putting those red light cameras up Mayor Bloomberg and I'll keep passing them to Miss POI for listing and downloading into our GPS. There's more then one way to beat a sneaky mayor of a major city at this game.

By the way does anybody know if I should report missing cameras? I mean if there are cameras on the POI list but in reality they are not at the location listed. I can see just poles where cameras use to be but no cameras. Please, let me know.

Poles with no cameras
The NYC Department of Transportation maintains several camera locations where they rotate cameras. These locations should always be treated as if a camera is present because it could be replaced and activated in less then 10 minutes.
