CUSTOM POI files present, but no GO TO option

Hi: I have 192 custom POI's loaded to my Garmin
Nuvi. They were created as a large GPX file with MAPSOURCE, and uploaded with POI LOADER. They are all present in the CUSTOM POI box within the EXTRAS area. The problem is that the waypoints have NO "GO-TO" Button to allow navigation to the POI. Any ideas? THANKS A LOT. I'm a POI Factory newbie. RMWAC

Are they under favorites or Custom POI?
I don't believe Favorites have a GO TO where Custom POI do. Mapsource normally puts them in Favorites.

When you go to extras then
When you go to extras then touch custom pois last.Make sure to select the one custom poi you want to go to not the title.They should be there allowing you to select go based on your post they are under extras. See http://www.poi-factory.com/node/25721 if a problem with custom pois.
