I am new to this forum, and new to GPS devices. On my travels I have found traffic cameras that are not on your list (I think). How do I provide information for the database?
See
See http://www.poi-factory.com/about and use the contact form.Miss poi maintains all the camera files.

Read the FAQ and look at the pictures. When you have determined it actually is an enforcement camera and not a control camera you would use the link just under your name on the right side that says "report an enforcement camera."

Report
On the right-hand side of every page on this website is a link that says "report an enforcement camera." Click on that link and follow the instructions.
If I'm not sure if what I've seen is an enforcement camera or not, I do a little Googling first so I don't waste Miss POI's time with a false report.
For instance, a few months back I went through 2 intersections with RLC's and didn't get an alert from my nuvi. This was in Naples, FL. So I Googled red light camera naples fl and found newspaper articles and links to city websites that confirmed the cameras to be present. I then used the contact link to report them to Miss POI and included the links as backup to save Miss POI some time and research. Including the lat/lon is also helpful. She had them added in the very next week's update.
