I know I asked the same question, and never recieved a response. I also thought it would be nice if there was alist of all possible badges and there meanings. I guess there is no list.

The way you added the badges is GREAT! Clear and Easy to find. Now you need a donatons link, clear and easy to find. I know some of us are interested in giving back.

For the time being, couldn't someone just do the $5.00 payment to the "red light camera" fund and do it that way or would that cause problems for you folks??

The way that the site is set up right now only non active members can send us money. Once you achieve active member status you have earned the right to get everything for free and you have no way to send us money:P

Rather then creating extra user accounts it would be better to just log out and visit the site as a guest member and go to the red light camera page to pay $5 if you would like to donate money to the site.

BTW you two do a great job here, I donated the first day I got here.

If you want to encourage getting a badge would it make sense to have an icon that designates the user as a previous COW designee?

I like that idea and I will talk to Jon about it.

Maybe I missed it elsewhere, but I've noticed a few people with a badge that looks like a tree. Just curious what this denotes since it isn't listed in legend in the link at the start of this thread.

I found the post that informs you to hover over the icon to get a pop up. "Contributor of the year"...
