Trying to download Red Light POI and install it on my 265WT. I was able to download the file (using Windows Vista) but POI loader (and I can't find where to have POI loader retrieve the file from). Any suggestions (other than get rid of Vista LOL.)

Search

Use your search just above the program menu.
Type the first part of your file in it and it will tell you where the file is.

It usually ends up in the

It usually ends up in the "Downloads" directory on your computer. If it is not there, you can do a search for it in Vista by pressing the start button and typing the file name in the search box just above the start button

In Vista

Open the My computer Icon (or what ever they call it) and hit the ALT key one time, the menu bar should show up. (File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help)

Click on Tools, Folder Options, View, You can then select to UNHIDE file extensions, and UnHide Hidden folders (Just like you could in XP).

Then Search for File name .csv or GPX or ??? cool

If you try to download the file again, it should open up the default directory where it tries to save. If you have downloaded before, you should see it in the directory.

I've done this before when I couldn't figure out where the file got downloaded.

Thanks for the tips

I tried all that was suggested and finally just re-downloaded the POI Red Light file to my other PC that has XP installed. I was able to install the program without a problem. (Vista=problems for me)
