Trouble with unit

I am having trouble with my 885T. When I get a icon on the screen 5min back up ahead on the left side I click on it and it should tell me where its at. The map comes up and shows me but at the top of the screen you can just about make out what it says. its grayed out. Click on link to see what i'm talking about. I sent it back to garmin and they sent me another, now this one as well is doing it but not all the time.

From the pic you posted, it doesn't look like it's finished drawing yet. I wonder if that is part of the problem?

Yes, the screen-shot definitely says drawing, so the map isn't complete. How long do you have to wait before it completes? Or is the map freezing at this point?

Shows two delays on the route you set. Hit view by road button and see what it shows you then.

I don't know if it freezes there or not i never wait that long. Next time that happens I will just let it go and see what happens.
