When you run poiloader in manual mode and set a the alert you will get the warning and message on the gps.Manual mode not required for Redlight cameras unless you want to change the 1/4 defult alert.If you add a mp3 you will get a voice message as well as the screen text.No mp3 you will get the bong and screen message.
