nuvi 1390T What is the format for the POI file type? CSV or GPS and where can I validate it at Garmin? And last part, how do I load it in. I dont see a POI loader for the 1390T

You can use gpx or csv.You

You can use gpx or csv.You load the files with the garmin poiloader http://www8.garmin.com/products/poiloader/ You need to also download webupdater to make sure you have the latest software updates http://www8.garmin.com/products/webupdater/ .See this post for custom pois http://www.poi-factory.com/node/25721
