Over 85 MPH no longer criminal, because it generates too much paperwork!

Arizona DPS will no longer issue criminal citations for speeders clocked going more than 85 mph by the agency's photo radar enforcement cameras, agency spokesman Bart Graves said.

Sounds Crazy

I guess it makes it easier to collect the flat fine.
So if you intend to speed, you should go as fast as possible since the fine is the same.

This way collecting fine w/o waiting court time

So now either drive fast or obey speed limit.
