Snow in Washington DC-Baltimore area is finally getting cleared up if ever so slowly. Still mountains of snow in a lot of places but we are just not used to it at all like you guys up north.

Today's workout was a bit
Today's workout was a bit more difficult then usual. I used the hill feature on the treadmill.
Running up hill is much more difficult then running on flat ground.
I only lasted for 2 miles today.

I just registered for my first 5 Borough Bike Tour! Its 42 miles through the 5 boroughs of New York City! I've never done anything of this magnitude... I hope this ride will not be too much for this "man of a certain age"!
