It is great to listen to the announcers tell us how wonderful Danica is only if you not interested in watching a stock car race with 42 other drivers. Oh by the way ESPN extolled the virtues of the only woman who has started a Nation wide race since sometime in the 80's. I guess Chrissy Wallace didn't count in this year's Nationwide race.

I just finish removing 8" of snow from my driveway for a second time in a week.
The snow will continue falling overnight and tomorrow is another day of shoveling snow.
Isn't winter wonderful, just look at the Olympics.

If you're going to chit chat about something - think of the Olympics. Rather than be out wandering around roads in the Washington, DC area (still trying to clear snow from the last two storms), I've been glued to the TV taking in some of the most breathtaking performances I've ever seen.

Ice Damming
Survived the snow in MD. Now fighting a losing battle with ice dams forming in the gutters and leaving through my kitchen ceiling. My kids wanted mac and cheese yesterday but I couldn't make it because all my pots are catching water dripping from the ceiling.
