I cannot download garmin map to PC

I got garmin 265wt for my Christmas gift and trying to download 2010 map.
Download won't start with download manager.

Is there any way I can download this map before it expire in 2 weeks?

Without more information, the only thing I can suggest right now is to download and read these instructions from Garmin.

Make sure your have downloaded all of the preliminary programs by following the instructions.

On the map download itself, be prepared for at least an hour and a half.

There should be a link on the pop up screen for the download manager, that says you can DL the map without the manager.
