Summary: This is a list of California county fairs, citrus fairs, and the California State Fair that are supported by the state.
Details: There are a variety of fairs, festivals, expositions in California. This POI is a subcategory of those ('cause what is a "fair" or "festival" is vague and I was looking for a way to provide boundaries to the POI).
In particular, this POI only contains those fairs operated as a state-supported fair organization as listed at http://www.cdfa.ca.gov/Fairs_&_Expositions/Fair_Information/... (I also added in the California Division of Fairs & Expositions address to the POI in case you want to drive there and pick a bone or two.)
