sending my poi's to google maps

is there a way to put my poi files from my nuvi on google maps? i know that google uses and different type of poi file. is there a way to convert my poi files to make them work with google maps?

This program i beleive will help you out make a copy of the file you want to convert first and i beleive this will export as a kml file. I think thats the one you are looking for.. Its a great program for POI Files and its free

Once you convert to a kml or kmz file.Sign in to Google Maps.Go to my maps, then create new map.You will see option to import the kml or kmz file.
