Need utility to convert U.S. address into efficient/complete U.S. address

The source information for some POIs I've developed had incomplete or inefficient address. I'm looking for a utiltity to convert a batch set of addresses such as
"246 Main, Fairlee, vt"
"3711 Travis Street, Houston, Texas 77002"

into the more efficient/complete addresses such as

"246 Main St, Fairlee, VT 05045"
"3711 Travis St, Houston, TX 77002"

I've been entering the inefficient/incomplete U.S. addresses one at a time into Google map or http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp

Basically, I would like to run a list of addresses through a utility to output efficient/complete U.S. address. If you can write something to do this, I would be most appreciative. Thanks.

If you hunt around some there are others, but Extra_POI_Editor and GeePeeEx will do that as well as my Excel spreadsheet add-in.

It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.

I have Extra_POI_Editor

I have Extra_POI_Editor open now and the POI loaded. One address reads "413 Fourteenth Ave SE
Minneapolis, MN". How do I locate and add the zip code using Extra_POI_Editor?

Addresses

GeePeeEx has a link to GeoCode that will do just what you want. Enter a street address, city and state on the form, hit the link and it will come up with a more complete address that includes the zip code along with the coordinates. It also draws a map and displays it, that will let you refine the coordinates to the exact location.

I have seen a link here that address how to Batch Addresses into GPS latitude, longitude coordinates.
Can someone help me with that link?
So I have a list of addresses I want to turn in to a POI cvs file.
