How to change system language on Garmin 780

Did something reeealy stupid. Upon receiving the 780 I plugged it in to charge, and after, selected Russian as the language. Don't ask how that happened, long weekend perhaps. Trouble is, I don't speak or read Russian.
How stupid was that!? I can't follow any text instructions.
Can some one please tell me how to correct this problem?

I also did it once by mistake for my mobile phone. What you do is download a manual from the website of your unit. follow the instruction to change the language. Now as you go through your unit you may not understand the language on it but you can follow the icons above the options.because icons never changes .SO going through this you can end up the option changing the language. Change it to English. Simple as that !
I think it should be under the tools (Right corner last icon) >> setting (first icon on left upper corner) >> Language
Other option is reset your unit with hard reset .
press the lower right hand part of the touch screen and while pressed turn the unit off/on. The system boots up and asks if you want to reset all the user data. answer yes or a master reset. You may loose your saved data like your favorite with this reset.
