Having trouble converting gpx to csv with GPSBable

I am attempting to convert a gpx.xlm file to csv file.
The input file type is Garmin Logbook XLM but I don't what output file type to use.
Can anyone help?

Are you sure you don't mean "Garmin Logbook XML"?
From the output section
From the output section choose:
"Comma separated values" (CSV) and then add the name you want
Works for me this way.
