885T Hidden Menu Question

When I go to the 885T Hidden menu a button comes up that says Mic Gain. When I push it another window comes up that says ADC Capture Volume. and I can adjust it to go higher or lower, What is it ?

885T Hidden Menu

Go to the screen where you see your speed in a big circle it also tells you your top speed . when your on the screen push the circle that tells you the speed for about 5 sec. and it comes up.

I tried it and it doesn't increase the volume. I don't know what it is for.
