Hi all, My Nuvi 650s touch screen stopped working. Any advice would be appricaited. I did reset the unit with no impact.

Turn unit off then hold
Turn unit off then hold power button down one minute until calibration screen appears.Follow instructions from there.

Recalibration did not work
I called Garmin. They want the unit back and are going to send me a replacement under warranty. My unit is almost two years old. Now that's what I call customer service. My next unit will be another Gramin, no questions asked.

I've had nothing but good service from Garmin as well. Just wish their software folks were as quick to right a wrong as the CSR's are to replace a broken unit.
