The new Magellan RoadMate 1700 is designed to better meet the needs of consumers who are seeking larger-sized displays and easy-to-use electronics. The 7-inch WVGA full-color display provides four times the standard screen resolution for better readability and increased safety on the roads. Like other 2009 Magellan models, Magellan's OneTouch user interface gives you instant access to your favorite addresses and searches.

While waiting for the kids or when you arrive at your destination, use the Video-In jack to connect an iPod(R) or other video source to watch live video on the bright 7" display (cable not included).
