Zumo 550 and Voice Missing

I was using the tiny Tex hexer. After I made changes to jack voice, ie volume up. I checked my 550 under spanner, lips. the only choice it gives me is american English or english.
when I hook it up to the computer. it show all the voices are their.

You might try again using the original file. Hope you made a backup of it. Maybe something got deleted or changed by accident. I used that program once with success and no problems once I loaded the updated file back to my GPS.
