Is there a way to have screen shot enabled when I turn on my 765T, instead of going through the menus? When I power down the GPS it turns the screen shot option to disabled, I would like it to be on when I turn the GPS on. Thank you.
Sadly No.
Would be nice but there isn't any Nuvi that defaults to Screenshot ON.

You may turn on something I am calling "Beta tester" mode
In this mode tracks being written more friquently and without map correction. Also screenshot button will be on when power on.

there's already a "beta tester" mode...
All you have to do is buy a newly released nuvi.

Thank you for your help, and everyone else. I have gone to the web site you listed and made the change.

When I push on those numbers on the "where am I" page shown on the link, I don't see anything happen on my 765T, is there something else that must be done first? And the screen shot is not active when I re-boot.

Beta Mode
You need to push on the screen on the left. You can use: press on the bottom of the screen, top of the screen, top of the screen and bottom of the screen (or as I saw it somewhere down, up, up, down). It does not have to be the corners. The top row of numbers you saw are too low.
The screen shot icon will show up on power up when you recording turned on. To get it to record you have to acquire satellites or be in the simulator mode.
