Chicago river tour boat was great. We also rented a bicycle and toured Grant Park. Now we be off to rented cabin on Des Moines river in Iowa.

Everyone have a great Holiday weekend. If you must drink at that picnic be sure to have a DD. Remember the police are out in large numbers from coast to coast, just looking for the drunk and High drivers.

Being retired every day is a holiday so nothing different. No raccoons in my trap and nothing on my camera but I did notice my neighbor had a dog in his yard so things are going to change. I did drive 55 miles south to a home made ice cream store with my wife, had a cone, returned and tomorrow will go to a vineyard and see what they have to offer. Retirement at its best

We just returned from Norway. I turned on Nora (the Norwegian voice) and our hostess enjoyed hearing her giving directions. Maps worked well.
