On this link you'll see the actual red light camera footage.

At approximately 2:20am on the morning of August 18th, 2009 a female resident of the Town of Brookline was walking on Harvard St in the Coolidge Corner Area. Allegedly, two male suspects struck the victim on the head from behind, strangled her and put her into a red pick-up truck that was waiting on a nearby side street. The assailants placed her in the back seat of the truck and sexually assaulted her. The victim described the assailants as two Hispanic males, approximately 5'10 in their twenties or thirties; wearing dark shirts and white pants. One suspect was described to be approximately 175 pounds while the other is thought to be a little heavier.

Is it just me...?

...that didn't look like a red light cam - just looked like a normal traffic camera to me.

Nope - not a RLC

It's referred to as a PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) TRAFFIC CAMERA. Most of the time these cameras are not recorded so if a recording was made, it is an exception rather than the rule.
