I guess I was confused by the way she posted the ChitChat thread and thought it was the same for the COW. But I went back and looked at the list of previous inductees, and it does indeed go by the previous week.

I didn't see this topic until this morning (Tuesday). I wasn't on the site most of yesterday. Actually, since being assigned as the maintainer of the Target stores POI file, I have been offline working on a total rewrite of it and it is taking a lot of time (manually geocoding each location for improved accuracy and adding many new stores).
Thanks again, Miss POI, the COW Award is very much appreciated!!
Now, back to the Target file...
