TomTom for iPhone is now available via iTunes for US$99.00 for the US and Canada version. This is only for the software. There will be a hardware cradle/charger/speaker available later. No word on pricing but MacRumors believes it will $170 for a hardware/software package. The software takes up 1.2GB and works only with 3G or 3GS iPhones with the 3.0 OS. It will not work with the original iPhone.
