There is a third-party add-on to Google Maps called Send Map Markers to Your GPS. It is from Nav2US.com. You have to add it to your Google Maps "My Maps" section.
Go to Google Maps and select My Maps.
Click Browse the Directory.
Type Send Map into the search field.
Click "Add it to Maps" button under the Send Map Markers to Your GPS section.
Go back to My Maps and search. When you select a marker you can add it to My Maps. You can create waypoints for a trip then have Send Map Markers to Your GPS generate a GPX file or have it connect directly to your GPS and add the file.
