IN-n-Out burgers - why 3 different POI files?

There are 3 different In-n-Out POI files here. I gotta wonder why. I;m thinking they should be merged.
I ask mainly because i've verified several myself, and figured i;d check the POI file here...but with 3....i dont want to go through the trouble of doing all 3....
Explination
One is the CSV, one is GPX and the other is for the Las Vegas Metro page.
No need to merge them.

Well i did realize later one of the 3 in the searchresults was the discussion thread
SPeaking of Vegas, I just now got back to the LA area from Vegas....looooong drive....middle of the night......90f at 4am.......so forgive me for not looking closer
