Udating old poi files or specific poi within

There is a large number of poi files in this data base but I know for a fact some of the poi in some of the files either no longer exist or are wrong/moved. Is there any procedure for updating these files to keep them current?
The recommended proceedure
The recommended proceedure is to contact the author of the original poi file and have them fix it. If after attempting to contact you get no reply for about a week you can contact Miss POI and get the go ahead to fix it yourself.
