What format are you asking about?

If you are talking about the .gpi file on the garmin. You need to get PoiLoader from Garmin's website, and it does the conversion for you.

Sorry I guess I didn't explain it well enough what I wanted to do. I know how to load a poi file.

What I have is a Garmin .gdb file and want to convert it to a .cvs POI file. I don't think POI loader will do this. At least I can't figure out how to do it with it.

I also have so other POI (.cvs) files that I'd like to convert to a regular Garmin .gdb file so I can actually look at them as waypoints.

Try this site: http://turboccc.wikispaces.com/Extra_POI_Editor This is a free program that will load your csv files and you can check their locations.

Try GPS Visualizer as well.

Save your gdb files to gpx in MapSource, then:

wow I never knew about that site... good stuff... now I just wish there was a way to change the map view on my c330 to change to a satellite view like google map image when I get close to my destination... oh well that site is great.
