Can someone advise how to delete addresses from the "recently found" folder.. can you delete individual addresses or do you have to delete all of them.. also, how do you save an address in your "favorites"? Thanks

Can someone advise how to delete addresses from the "recently found" folder.. can you delete individual addresses or do you have to delete all of them.. also, how do you save an address in your "favorites"? Thanks

1. Touch the "Recently Found" icon to open the list.
2. Touch the item you want to delete to open it.
3. Touch "Edit" at the bottom of the screen.
4. Hit "Delete".
That should do it.

I think on the Garmin 255W
I think on the Garmin 255W you can only clear ALL of the recently found locations. I haven't found a way to clear only one of them. To clear all, use the "Clear" button and the bottom of the Recently Found screen. It will ask you to confirm and when you press "Yes", they will all be blown away.

To save your current location.Just touch the car icon to the gps screen and touch save location.From the go screen touch save then ok.Finding save places touch where to and touch favorites.You can touch edit to make changes to the data.All the above will be found in favorites.
