I need to know where the Reset switch is located on my nuvi 265wt.

And how do I get a reader for the POI files (GPX,GPI) ?

depends where your nuvi is located!! LOL

seriously, the reset button is located on the bottom, left-side of your unit. Do not use anything sharp when depressing it!

there is a picture on page 1 of your owner's manual (found as a .pdf file on your nuvi drive).

I can't find any buttons on my nuvi. The only thing I have on the bottom is a strip on tape with the S/N and model No.

it's a small button on the bottom of the unit - from the backside it will be on your right.

there is a picture of it in your manual ... page 1.
