When I purchased a higher cap. mem card (SDHC) I discovered that my old card reader would not read/write to it. I discovered Amazon is selling a USB SDHC reader made by Chitek Corp. for $1.15 each. If anyone needs to upgrade do it now. I bought two and they function just fine. Jim

I have a reader that came with my computer and it seems to work well. I have only used a 2 gig in it so far.

I discovered that my old card reader would not read/write to it.
Depending upon exactly what computer and card reader you have, you might be able to get new drivers and fix the problem too.
I had a similar problem with a high capacity card in a Sony camera; was able to fix my Dell card reader with software updates.

Thats good news.
I have a few Hcsd cards and love that they are huge. But I did learn that my 2 yr old computer didnt read them. I may have to buy a couple of those. My Camera does read them.
