As you can see in the samples, the order of Comment and Description differ depending on device type.

CSV files use the 4th column in place of (usually) the Comment, but some software like Map Source will duplicate the 4th column as the Description. This behavior starts to make sense when you see that the two device types put this text in different order of display.
